Credit and Debit Cards

We accept credit and debit card payments via PayMaya. 

For credit and debit cards, we accept VISA and Mastercard. Payment is secure by the partners in charge of transactions. 

Bank Deposit or Bank Transfer

We accept GCash payments, bank deposits and online bank transfers. 

After payment has been made, email us a copy of your transaction at [email protected] Orders will not be processed until a copy of the payment transaction has been received and checked by the Patton team. 

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available

Store Credit

Contact [email protected] if you would like to use your remaining store credit. It can be used for any and all future orders. 

International

Delivery and Shipping Information

COVID-19

Due to the worldwide pandemic, you may experience some delays in delivery. Estimated delivery period depends on the location of the shipping address. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. 

Metro Manila, Philippines.

Your package will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

We currently do not accept same day shipping. 

There is a Php 280 delivery fee for orders within Metro Manila. 

Orders above Php 5000 qualify for free shipping within Metro Manila.

Provincial orders in the Philippines

Your package will take 4-6 business days for it to be delivered to you. There is a Php 400 delivery fee for orders outside Metro Manila.

International Orders

We ship worldwide.

Your package will be delivered within 5-7 business days, excluding customs processing times. Please take note that Patton is not responsible for the time your orders are held at customs. 

We currently have a fixed price for shipping depending on where you are located. 

We would also like to inform you that our shipping fee does not include additional fees such as inbound duties and taxes charged by your local customs authority. 

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will be receiving a tracking number via email or SMS once your item(s) are shipped.

Returns & Exchange

Items are packed in their best quality. If you are unsatisfied with our product(s), please take note of our return and exchange policy before sending it back to us: 

All products, excluding bodysuits, will only be accepted within 14 days. The tag should be attached and it must be in its original unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, complete with labels and packaging. Any returned products that are damaged and do not include labels will not be accepted. 

You may opt to have a size exchange. Items may only be exchanged based on stock availability within 14 days. You may send it back to us through your chosen courier. Additional fees such as shipping will be shouldered by the Client. 

Items may only be exchanged based on stock availability for identical items, otherwise, additional costs may be observed should there be a difference in pricing. 

All bodysuits are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange due to hygienic purposes. We hope you understand.

All sales are final. Sale items are only eligible for return and exchange if the item is wrong, defective, or damaged. Change of mind is not allowed.

Fees for returns and exchange is on the Client’s account.

Refunds

Before you request for a refund, please review our returns policy.

The item/s must be sent back to our head office in its original, unworn and unwashed condition, with all labels and hang tags attached. Once we confirm receipt, please give us 1 to 5 business days to check your item/s. We may also contact you should we need additional information or questions before processing your refund.

Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. Please see processing lead time below:
